Definitions of Terms Used

Greenroom– is the trade name of SC LAGOM STUDIO SRL, a legal entity of Romanian nationality with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, at 30 Giordano Bruno Street, CIF 43107940, J12/3055/28.09.2020.

www.greenroom.ro can be accessed freely, without registration.

www.greenroom.ro reserves the right to close user accounts, modify or remove texts, images, hyperlinks, or refuse to sell products at its own discretion.

Seller – greenroom.ro

Buyer – an individual, legal entity, or any entity that creates an Account on the Site and places an Order.

Client – an individual or legal entity that requires the creation and use of an account.

User – an individual or legal entity who, by creating an account, agrees to the specific terms of the site.

Account – the section of the Site consisting of an email address and a password that allows the Buyer to place Orders and contains information about the Client/Buyer and the Buyer’s history on the Site (Orders, fiscal invoices, product warranties, etc.).

Site – www.greenroom.ro and its subdomains.

Order – an electronic document through which the Buyer conveys to the Seller the intention to purchase goods and services from the site.

Goods and Services – any product or service, including the documents and services mentioned in the Order, to be provided by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.

Campaign – a commercial action established by the Seller with predefined and limited terms.

Contract – refers to the form of remote electronic communication between the Parties, through which the Seller validates the Client’s order and expresses agreement to sell/deliver the Product and/or provide the Service.

Content:

  • all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed, or otherwise accessed using electronic equipment;
  • the content of any email sent to Buyers by the Seller by electronic means and/or any other available means of communication;
  • any information communicated by any means by an employee/collaborator of the Seller to the Buyer, according to the contact information specified or not by them;
  • information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or the tariffs practiced by the Seller over a certain period;
  • information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or the tariffs practiced by a third party with whom the Seller has concluded partnership contracts, over a certain period;
  • data related to the Seller or other privileged data of the Seller.

Document – these Terms and Conditions.

Newsletter – periodic, exclusively electronic means of information, namely email (e-mail, SMS) regarding the Goods and Services and/or promotions carried out by the Seller over a certain period, without any commitment from the Seller regarding the information contained therein.

Information about Goods and Services

Any product and/or service listed in the storage space of the host server listed on the website www.greenroom.ro, including the products and services mentioned in the Order panel, to be provided and distributed by the Seller to the Buyer as a result of the concluded sales contract.

Copyright

Photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, sound or non-sound animated sequences, as well as all works integrated into this site, are the property of Greenroom or third parties who have authorized Greenroom to use them. Therefore, it is forbidden to publish, transmit, copy them by any method without prior written consent from the legal representative of Magnetrend. Failure to comply with these conditions is punishable according to the law in force.

Billing, Payment, and Delivery Policy

Prices shown do not include VAT and do not include delivery costs. LAGOM STUDIO SRL is not a VAT-paying company. Each Order specifies the price, payment method, and payment term. After issuing the invoice, the Buyer is obligated to provide all necessary information to issue the invoice.

According to new legal regulations, ORDER No. 3769 of December 23, 2015, starting from 01.10.2016 all invoices must contain all identification data, therefore the client is obligated to complete all mandatory fields on the order page having the option to check if they want the delivery data to be taken as billing data.

Payment can be made:

  • Cash on delivery: payment is made upon delivery of the order. In the case of product delivery by couriers, payment will be made to the commissioner who makes the delivery.
  • Bank transfer (payment order): After sending the order, you will receive all the necessary information to be included on the payment order. Delivery of the order is made only after confirmation of payment. To speed up the process, please contact us and send us a copy of the payment order.
  • Online payment: online payment is made with your personal or company card through the system of PlatiOnline.

Delivery is made within Romania.

Privacy Policy

Any information of any kind provided by the Buyer/Client to the Seller will remain the property of the Seller.

No public statement, promotion, press release, or any other means of disclosure to third parties will be made by the Buyer/Client regarding the Order/Contract without the prior written consent of the Seller.

By transmitting information or materials through this site, you provide the Seller with unrestricted and irrevocable access to them, the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, transmit, and distribute these materials or information. You also agree that the Seller may freely use, in their own interest, these ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques you have sent through the Site. Greenroom will not be subject to obligations regarding the confidentiality of the information sent, if the legislation in force does not provide other specifications in this regard.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the delivery of the Order will be resolved between the Seller and the Buyer amicably, otherwise, the parties may refer to the competent court at the Seller’s headquarters.

 

Warranties and Return Policy

According to GEO 34/2014, flowers are products that are susceptible to deterioration or rapid expiry and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Pots and other non-perishable products sold by greenroom.ro can be returned:

  • Only non-perishable and/or non-food products can be returned. Consequently, flowers and sweets cannot be returned, but toys, vases, and baskets can.
  • Returns can be made by sending the products to the address: 30 Giordano Bruno Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County, through any courier you want. Customers may return products for a refund within a maximum period of three days.
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging and not show visible signs of wear. Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the return, by the same method used for payment (postal mandate for payment on delivery or refund to the card for card payment). Only the product value is refunded, without transport fees.
 

For services we offer a two-month warranty.

Cancellation Before Work Commences

Clients may cancel the service at any time up to ten (10) days before the scheduled start of work to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than ten (10) days before the work is due to commence may be subject to penalties.

Refunds After Work Completion

If the client is dissatisfied with the completed work, they may request a refund. In such cases, only one-third (1/3) of the total amount paid will be refunded, subject to review and approval by our management team.

Supplier’s Liability Limitation

Services offered by the Company through www.greenroom.ro are governed by the provisions of Romanian laws, particularly Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Ordinance 130/2000 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, HG 448/2005, and European Directive EC/96/2002, which regulates the regime of the green stamp fee, applicable to electronic products.

The terms and conditions of www.greenroom.ro are subject to Romanian law. In case of dispute, an attempt will first be made to resolve amicably, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint. If an agreement cannot be reached within the specified term, disputes between the Parties will be submitted to the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca.
