ZZ’s are perfect for beginner plant parents. While they do best with bright indirect light, they are adaptable and tolerate partial shade and low light conditions. ZZ’s are happiest in well-draining soil. They should be watered thoroughly when the soil is dry, but are forgiving of infrequent watering, making them perfect for plant parents who are just learning or do not have as much time to spend on their plants as they would like.
Zamioculcas Zamiifolia ‘Raven’ grows rather slowly but can get around one meter in size if you let it. If you prefer keeping your Raven compact, provide it with a very tight pot and do not repot it.
